English- You can easily and quickly order your flower bulbs at Fluwel. You can choose the type of flower bulbs you are looking for via the menu. Within a category, you can further filter the assortment using filters. For example, you can filter by colour, location, planting time, etc. Another option is to search for the name of the flower bulbs you want via the search window.
- You can easily add the flower bulbs you want to order to your shopping cart by clicking on the text button “in shopping cart”. If you want to order a larger quantity, you can first increase the quantity by means of the '+' and then add your order to your shopping cart.
- Are you done shopping? Then go to your shopping cart and complete your order. If necessary, you can also adjust your order here.
- If you have ordered from Fluwel before, you probably already have an account and can log in with your email address and password (if you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password ). If you are ordering from Fluwel for the first time, you can create an account for your next order during the ordering process. During the ordering process, you will be asked for several details.
- You have the option to have your order delivered, or to pick it up yourself at our company (by appointment).
- When ordering you can specify a different shipping address, you can change this at 'payment method'. Here you also choose how you want to pay , Fluwel offers various payment options including iDEAL, Visa, American Express, MisterCash, Giropay, Sofort Banking and bank transfers.
- After your order has been completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email from us at the email address you provided with additional information.
