This white Allium is a grateful ornamental onion that grows well and healthily. It is also an easy Allium to grow for the bulb grower, which makes it less expensive than many of its large-flowered relatives. The Allium Nigrum can naturalize well and of the many young bulbs that it produces annually, there are always a few that will grow to full maturity over the years and also start to flower.
