The Bostulp is also called, sylvestris means 'growing in the forest'. She is a very happy tulip that can flower for years but do not plant her too much under trees. My experience is that she keeps coming back best if she gets at least half a day of sun.
She appears a bit shy with gracefully hanging buds, but gradually she becomes more bold and finally has the last word with her bright yellow flowers.
