This tulip was introduced in probably the darkest period of Dutch history: 1944. But fortunately Queen of Night was not mashed through the potatoes and eaten so that we can enjoy it again every spring. Black remains black, one person likes it the other does not.
I find her beautiful, she adds something special to the Tulip world. See also under mixture ' Black Tie '.
