What an incredibly cute and small tulip this is. Really different from all other tulips. She tries to look like a big tulip but man as she is she just barely comes above the blue grapes. Whenever I see her I get happy and have to smile, so cute.
This rascal also does well in flower boxes and pots. Note that Popcorn is smaller than a normal tulip and her bulbs are not large either. The size of the bulbs you receive is sift 9/+ cm... this happy little barrel does not get any larger.
