This prize is awarded by the Royal Horticultural Society in England. The Bulb Committee of the RHS unanimously decided to award the Ralph B. White Trophy in 2018 to Rinus van der Zalm for his Narcis Rataplan.
Rataplan is truly something special, but she is also a cutie. Such beautiful naughty and cheerfully colored flowers. She is a grandchild of Narcissus Jetfire and from the looks of it she does just as well in the garden as her grandmother. She is a bit more robust than Jetfire, more the size of February Gold.
