Amaryllis Daphne

Daphne is a red Amaryllis that is completely different from all other red Amaryllises . Where all Amaryllises do their best to look as neat as possible, Daphne is always dressed casually but without losing her chic hue.

Because of her intensely dark heart of the flower that runs out via many shades of red to her snow-powdered outer sides of the flower baths, she is an Amaryllis that you recognize from thousands. I know of no other species with such pronounced character traits as Daphne. I also plant her every year in front of my own house because she is, despite her rebellious appearance, secretly one of my favorite flowers; such a beautiful color spectacle.
